Week 8: Can TCM stregthen our immune systems?

This is the strength of TCM.  As a system of holistic medicine, there are a variety of approaches that strengthen the immune system, from acupunture, herbs, chi gong, lifestyle changes, diet and bodywork.  The purpose is to harmonize the body within itself and with its environment and to support the body’s energetic base, all which improve the body’s immune system.
